This buyer sent me a question about the vintage Dynasty Dolls I was selling. She wanted to inquire about the size of the dolls. I had mistakenly forgot to list that they were 18" dolls. Before I had the opportunity to respond to the question, she went ahead and purchased the dolls. Upon receipt of the dolls she filled a 'not as described' claim with Paypal. The claim and the appeal were both decided in my favor as the buyer had not given me the chance to respond to her question before purchasing. As a total case of sour grapes she left me negative feedback. Ruined my 100% rating that I had maintained for over 12 years.
