Details: | Buyer asked for a refund due to damage. I agreed and told him to open a return case with eBay and to return the item. He told me he would keep the item but still wanted a refund. He still tried to get me to issue a partial refund and I called eBay and got it settled with eBay. |

You dont have to be rocket scientist to figure out this asshole buyer was trying to scam you. He was basically trying to see how much money he could get back to close to free. Why would this moron want to keep an item if its damaged and only ask for a partial refund. Its obvious this person is nothing more than a 2 bit scum bag trying to see if he could rip you off or get the product for free. That is a typical scam because PayPal and Ebay encourage buyers like this scumbag to file fraud disputes and threaten sellers.
