Ebay was shaddy is shaddy and will always will be shaddy. They will purposely not allow a payment to go through with a seller with a feedback rating of under 98%. When you go to complain, eBay will play stupid. They will blame PayPal PayPal will blame Ebay they know what they do, and they lie right to your face.
