| Details: | Buyer bought 4 LED bulbs from us and after he installed the bulb (yes, 1 bulb) he said the bulb did not work and melted. We provided a installation instruction to the buyer and the LED bulbs must be installed in pair. They buyer ignored it and saying he has 20 years experience. LOL......he filed ebay claim and got the money back. The buyer did not provide tracking number to ebay and ebay still took the money back from us. Now the buyer has the money, LED bulbs, and left us a negative. |

We asked not to ship UPS as we need to pay taxes and duties, and you returned by UPS. As of today we still did not receive the package.

You don't get to choose the courier unless YOU provide the shipping label... you're in no position to "ask" anything if you use eBay's label.
