Buyer bought a MacBook Pro from us.
Started a return request after 29 days(!) and shipped the item on the 10th day after (last possible second).
Item came back broken to pieces, we ran a search of this guy, and he runs a business called "openboxapple.com", where he buys items on eBay, adds his profit and ships to buyers.
He piggybacks on the eBay money back guarantee and abuses the hell out of it.
