Bought a CD for 162,50$ from me in April and due to problems with the russian postal service it took quite a long time to arrive. This guy opened a case after one month against me and although i've sent it registered ebay decided for him. I've asked my postal service to track it down and they found out that the CD was delivered on June,13th. Now this thief has both my money and my CD and of course he doesn't answer any emails.
By the way,his ebay address states he's located in the USA but that's not true.
