Buyer has left 90% of feedback as neg to sellers.
He purchases an item and then sends the seller an email saying that the item does not work and he wants a refund or will leave neg feedback. He has done this with EVERY transaction he has made on ebay. Please look at the feedback left for others section of his profile.
