Buyer purchased 2 Pagoda Lanterns and 4 months later opened a dispute with their credit card company through paypal saying it was not as described. They did not describe the complaint nor request to return for a refund so the Credit card company decided in buyers favor with no proof. The buyer got to keep my lanterns and they gave them all their money back including the shipping I paid and also got dinged for a fee. We all know that the credit card companies always decide in buyers favor so they can collect that extra fee. So in the end the buyer ripped me off and the credit card company ripped me off and there is nothing we can do about it. This should be illegal or maybe a law should be put in place as this is so crooked. This has happened multiple times and maybe not just me. There may be other sellers out there getting dinged.
