Customer filed a claim saying he didn't receive the 6 Funkos but emailed me saying he was shorted 2 Funkos. I asked him if it was a shortage or if he hadn't received the order because the claim from Amazon said he hadn't received all 6. I explained this in Amazon's email regarding the claim. I copy and pasted where the customer said he didn't receive 2 Funkos and should only be refunded for the 2 shortages. In the end they refunded the entire order for 51.06 EUR so I kindly let the customer know what happened hoping he would contact them to correct the issue and return the charge of the 4 Funkos he did receive or he could return the refunded Funkos. He is refusing to return them and asked Amazon to tell us to stop insisting he return the unpaid Funkos. Hopefully we can block him that way he doesn't pull the same stunt with other Funkos now that he knows how easily Amazon refunds entire orders. Please be aware of this person in case they order from you and try to do the same to you and cheat you out of product.
