As a seller you know better NOT to trust anyone. Go back and file a police report and submit it to her local police department. Make sure you have some sort of receipt of proof the item was yours to begin with. Submit the police report to PayPal and contact the local postal inspectors office. Get her phone number from EBay, email her a certified letter stating with an attorney writing the letter that she's going to be sued and have legal charges filed against her. EBay will more than likely just give you the money. In addition, you should of kept on Appealing the decision, as long as you have proof the item was shipped was yours, the police report and an attorney letter. Contact ebay again and have an attorney do it. You as a person, they will just piss on, but when you get the police dept, and an attorney involved they will refund you.
