She bought a dress from me on ebay. She complained it was faulty and did not match the description. It was not faulty and she saw detailed pics before buying. I offered a refund because I didnt want negative feedback, I'm not a business, just trying to sell things I no longer need. The refund was only if she sent the dress back. She accepted it. I refunded her money, it was my first refund and I didn't know the money would go back to her before I got the dress back, but it did. She refuses to send it back, saying she donated it to charity. She's stolen my money and dress and she's a scammer. Ebay wont do anything, not even remove the positive feedback I left her, and I have lost out. It's not much, but it is to me. I hope she does not do it to anyone else.
