The buyer, Cesar Alejandro Galvan Diaz, purchased an item from me. I shipped it out and he opened a case against me within 3 days. Told him it was on its way, but he somehow got eBay to refund him the money. I sent him the tracking number, but he said he didn't live in the US (which I was unaware of) and that he didn't know if it was there. Tracking number shows its there, but he has stolen the item from me as well as $40 that ebay wont refund. He's a thief.
