Very bad buyer. Was harassing us from very beginning. Buyer was argumentative about price, so we try to remain professional & accommodate buyer by reducing the price by 40% (which was more than fair!!). Then buyer continued to complain about ship price, in which, ship prices are controlled by ship services. Seller has no control over ship prices, & we don't provide any free shipping. Finally, after delivery of product he complained item wasn't as described. Meanwhile, we provided 12 images, wrote a lengthy detailed description on our page. Even eBay customer support agreed with us that the item was described in full detail.

Eventually, buyer did claim an item not as described case against us, however, had no REAL facts. Only their personal opinions about the product. One of the worst customer & poor attitude, I've had to deal with since being on eBay. Having over 800+ feedbacks on eBay, doesn't excuse anyone from bad buyer behavior.

In final, Seller won the dispute, with no refund given to buyer. Buyer violated eBay's terms & conditions, by asking for additional discounts & services. Buyer was reported, and note that he has a history of filing false disputes. Upon investigation, eBay replied stating that buyer's purchase history was being investigated. This usually means buyer has a track record of frequent, false claims. If you don't believe me, simply lookup his feedback profile, & look at comments left for other sellers. Look at the positives, neutral as well as negative comments. The proof is in his feedback profile.

We are just putting an alert out for other sellers. Be aware of this buyer. Buyer was blocked, and we will never do business with this person again!!!
