Details: | This buyer is a nightmare from whom I had a narrow excape in respect of recieving regative feedback. She made a request which I had to refuse as it was against Etsy rules. She also wanted me to reduce the price of the item and wait 2 weeks for my money! In other words she wanted to pay less for a premium custom service. I was polite in my refusal but she became rude and abusive because I would not give in to her. Her messages had a persecuted and hysterical tone and I believe she needs professional help with anger management. Her record on Etsy is atrocious. She has left a raft of negative and neutral feedback for 8-10 Etsy sellers and has recieved 5 negatives in return. The least mistake is sufficient to earn a negative. For example:- The buyer took a few days to ship the package
This buyer has also taken details of a personal "conversation" which she had with one seller regarding aspects of their private life which she has posted on a public record. That is against Etsy rules and would be removable under their regulations. |
