Got it home and went to install it and the second power bank/supply wouldn't work on it. Called and the guy I spoke to was completely rude stated "all sales are final" and that "I bought a used product, what'd I expect" then he rushed off the phone because he was with a "customer". Given this item wasn't expensive but their service is garbage and they're not willing to help out when they are clearly at fault. They stated that they test all their product but clearly that wasn't the case. Way better service at Trader Jons all the way around. This was the first and the last time I will have shopped there. In regards to their other items, terribly over-priced. Don't waste your time people.
