Won't communicate issues. Will snap to judgement without discussion. I attempted resolution, offering refunds on purchase or simply refund on MIA guitar case. (He claimed he "liked" the guitar which he conveniently doesn't mention-- Only the fact I didn't include a case, which is never default on any guitar purchase to begin with.) I was ignored even though I was attempting to resolve the problem. He is quick to judge even with problem resolution offers, and refuses further communication. Sell to at your own risk. Do not recommend. Better off dealing with more empathetic/reasonable people. Maybe he'll grow a heart some day. Deal with at your own risk, buying or selling. He is a reseller and is likely to low ball you so he can resell your stuff for more.
