Details: | Extremely difficult customer that berates staff working the front line. Not cooperative and unwilling to work to find a resolution. Creates online postings that are scandalous to the seller where no wrongdoing can be found. In our case the buyer ordered an item via ground shipping. It arrived in a few days to his door but then decided it is not needed. It did not meet his timeline. Express shipping was available but refused. He requested to return item for refund. We happily took care of the return processing and recovered shipping fees as per our standard policies. We also asked him to reconsider the return based on the shipping cost recovery would be sizeable due to his location. Again the buyer was amicable and agreed to get a refund less shipping cost. Buyer was fully informed in advance of return process and approved it. However, after the refund was provided, becomes a completely different person and will not accept any type of communication other than threats and reprisal to the seller. We believe in great customer service and have repeatedly tried to reach out to the buyer to offer amends in some fashion. Every request for discussion is refused and then a new online posting shows up somewhere. If the buyer was cooperative in any way this posting would not be required. We are creating this post for other businesses to consider before accepting a transaction from this buyer. |
