This buyer is a tricky Chinese person lives in USA.
He bought two items from me, the first time claimed as item not received.
I re-sent with tracking the second time, he claimed not as described.
He got two packets, and get full refund.
About two weeks later, he place order again for the same item, I decided to block him from my eBay and now report this to the world.
Please be careful this tricky chinese man to steal your goods.
