Really urgent Report here .....

we found this buyer melbahenley very strange...he bought item from us and said never received , we had full refund as her requested to solve this issue and she left the bad feedback in the end ... we feel this buyer is a litter strange . then we checked his feedback and profile , try to contact some sellers(>10) who do a business with him , all of them said that they all refunded him because he said the never received to asked for money back ...the seller want to solve the issue but she have no respond to them .
maybe left feedback is the right of buyer , but for this guy , it is the best way to earn money .
we make sure this buyer abused a buyer protection program and misused the program to claim an item was not received..don't you think ?
here i beg you to investigate this bad guy and give we sellers a SAFE and FAIR eBay commercial platform .
