UPDATE: It took months of fighting but did get my money back from pay pal. I had pictures of what he sent back to me at the post office as I knew he would not send back the real items I sold him. Miller kept real pieces and sent back crap! Pay pal refunded his money before it was even delivered? It took over a dozen calls and they closed this case 3 times before I got my money back. I still don't know if they took the money back from him or paid me out of their own pocket? I filed a full fraud complaint with the FBI but have heard nothing back yet? He is the biggest thief I have ever dealt with and hope he gets his! How do people like this stay out of jail?

PayPal is always going to side with the buyer and screw over the seller every single chance they get. The reason is the buyer can call their credit card company and file a dispute and take the money away from them. They know they wont go into the sellers bank account, so they put the blame on the seller. Your not going to hear nothing from the FBI because it isnt worth their time. Miller did the same thing to us, he lost the case immediately. The only thing you can do is keep posting the truth on here and hopefully sellers will be imformed.

Miller is a walking piece of shit. Put your policies up and display them clearly. Regardless of what the buyer says to you or the dollar amount, stick to the policies. Dont be afraid to refund anything if these buyers deliberately violate the policies. If you ever call PayPal and your on the phone for 10 minutes, you'll hear PayPal say at least 1/2 dozen times, for buyers to file disputes. PayPal encourages buyers to file disputes deliberately instead of telling the buyer to contact the seller first. For every 20 times they tell the buyer to file a dispute they tell them to contact the seller 1 time. Then Paypal sets the rules in the exact opposite.
