Buyer bid on an already clearly listed and photographed defective item, received the item and then filed a claim a week after she had received the item (all the while being active on eBay and lying about not being able to get in contact with me sooner because she was "busy"). After replying to her and advising her that I would check with eBay on how to deal with the issue, she ran to PayPal, filed a claim all the while creating three different stories as to why she wasn't happy, accusing me of being a disgusting seller and being dishonest. Never received the bag back. After some time I found out by a chance google of her name that she does this all the time to people who have already left her positive feedback. She is a scum bag. Stay away.
