Buyer backed out of listing. Here is the best part, he had us negotiate the pricing of the item. Upon, agreement he paid for the item, only to back out of the listing less than 5 hours later. This is just a warning to other sellers. We could have force shipped the item, but the buyer's behavior was erratic so we cancelled the transaction. However, the buyer did cost us time and a reversal fee from paypal.

I'm writing this entry in hopes other sellers, will take note to the buyer's behavior. This buyer was blocked and reported. If this happened to you, my suggestion is to report the buyer. If the buyer gets enough reports then his account will be permanently suspended.
