Buyer either purchases and does not pay, or purchases just to lie about receipt and say bad things about other sellers so he can get their market. - For some reason, Ebay no longer allows sellers to warn each other about these type of people...of the 7 positive feedback he has, 4 are actually NEGATIVE.
