Details: | Buyer made a purchase and then asked to cancel the purchase which I did the same day. Ebay did not automatically refund buyer the $7.45 so buyer sent a message over the weekend demanding a refund and that they contacted ebay, paypal and they're lawyer. When I got into office I checked on the refund and noticed it did not go through so I manually sent the refund but buyer had already left a negative feedback for not responding to they're message over the weekend. I explained what happened and they said to bad and said I deserved the negative and to not contact them again or they would contact ebay and they're lawyer over $ 7.45 that was already refunded LOL |
