Ordered 2 LED bulbs in October 2016, 2 weeks later saying not receive so I resend another package. 2 weeks later saying did not receive so I asked him to confirm his address and he did not put the "APT #4" on the address. I then told him I will send another pair to the address with "APT #4". Right after I sent out the package I email him a photo of the package with postage on. Guess what, he immediately filed a Paypal claim. I asked WHF he is doing and he just replied "Thanks". Fxxx you James! What a mother fxxxer! PS: I was able to pick up the package from the post office before the pick up time! Fxxx u!
