The buyer either receives her packages and says she doesn't receive them, in order to receive packages for free, or orders and doesn't receive some packages, meaning that she should not be having deliveries to this unsafe address. Either way she gets a refund, and also leaves the seller negative feedback in our record, which we the seller work so hard to maintain in good standing. If we give a refund to the buyer, should we lose the item, the money, plus bad feedback (the seller loses so much)? |
