I sent her the wrong book accidentally, offered to ship her the right book and was ignored for three weeks. I authorized her return requests, which she never used. Then she issued a chargeback claim on my credit card, so I refunded her, plus extra money for return shipping. She never returned my 80$ book and ignored all my emails. Not to mention she went onto my Amazon account and gave me terrible feedback. She took advantage of the Amazon bias towards buyers. Do not sell her anything!
