That is something you have to deal with when your deciding to do business internationally. Next time specify that buyers are responsible for customs and duty fees. The buyer was a complete moron into not seeing what the fees are. But your the seller, the item was returned and you took a hit on it. Next time decide to ship to countries that have tracking and low fees for tarrifs

Better yet, you should of never put the full value of the package on the customs form, thats why the person returned it!

hey tamas!
as I've explained to you already:
1) Ebay clearly and plainly and explicitly says in it's terms of service that the buyer/recipient is responsible for all customs and duty fees.
2) Ebay does not allow you to edit the value of the package in their label printing system and doing so is a violation of their terms of service.
3) You lied in your return case. You declined to pay the customs fees and pick up your package. It said that specifically on the return label. You knew exactly where the package was and you lied to ebay in order to stick me with the bill.
Your comments should be further evidence to all Ebay sellers that you belong on everybody's block list.
Have a nice day!
