Sold the buyer a pair of headphones in a new (other) condition. By this i meant that the headphones werent ever used before, but the box was opened. I listed it as is and offered no returns. Then the buyer purchases it and sends me a message saying that the item was non functional and not new. I tried to explain that i knew for a fact that the item was never used before. I sent him that message and he sends me a response. I did not see this response because i was sleeping, and 3 hours after he sent the response he opened an unpaid item case against me. I wanted to be nice so i negotiated a 50% refund. I send him the refund through the unpaid item case and waited for him to accept it. instead of accepting it he closes the case and declines the refund, saying that he wants it sent to his account Jrd@mackpr.com. I refused of course because if i do it outside of ebay i wouldent be covered under ebay seller protection (if it even exists). So the buyer leaves negative feedback saying that i refused a negotiated refund and gave him a item that was not as described. I cant even give him negative feedback because of ebays stupid restrictions. Never do business with this buyer.
