Details: | Total Scammer! The day he received his item, sends me a message about the kite he purchased and states it has, quote, "Buyer-hello,i just receive the item and at the close inspection i find some tearing in the fabric all over to the connections pockets (both spine ends and both side of spreader)unquote." Seller-I know it is a scam because I am the person that opens each and every kite, assemble them, correct any issues and re-package the kite. It is then tagged ready for sale. I am a one man operation so N0-one else will touch this item. I then offer to send the buyer a prepaid return shipping label at NO cost to him so he can return the kite for a full refund. Now I receive this message, quote, "Buyer-hello, i will use a repair kit to fix the problems. i have a problem with the line, after a rapid test seams to be a 80 Lb, for sure this kite need at least 120-150 Lb line for a light to gentle breeze and higher for stronger winds. please advise" unquote. Seller-In his first message he states upon receiving kite there is damage, now he is stating he has flown the kite and feels the kite line is not the correct one. SO I reply, quote, "Seller-Hello, I have been buying kites now for many years from U.S. and China suppliers and have sold 100's of kites just like the one you purchased with out any line failures what so ever. The manufacturer of the kite you purchased has stated as long as this kite is flown within the mph wind limits a 50-lb. test line will work just fine", unquote. Now I receive this message, quote, "Buyer-hello,from you comments i understand you just sell kites without any experience of fleeing them. the kite is have around 2900 squarer inch. on the bottom of flight instructions recommended line is 50-100 LB for winds from 5 to 20 miles per hour, basic mathematics show 100 LB to be to light for gentle breeze at 9-10 miles per hour. Is OK, all good and thank you" unquote.
I the seller is a 68 year old senior male with many many kite flying years experience and winner of a kite making contest. I do understand what a scammer is trying to accomplish, but do they need to insult the person they are trying to scam? I sent NO further messages after receiving the last one, will now see if he leaves negative or natural feedback for me. They usually do if they don't get their way. :-(
Thanks for listening |
