Buyer demanded a 65% partial refund on an item he claims to be non-functional. I offered him a full refund on the item if he returned it instead. Buyer left negative feedback since he did not get his partial refund. Why would he want to keep a non-functional item? obviously he is using an extortion technique to pay less then the actual auction price.
