Details: | This rude woman has no idea how carriers work on eCommerce sites. She requested Walmart Customer Care to contact our company, claiming that her tracking information has not been updated for a couple of days. We explained to her that the carrier (Roadrunner) was having technical issues with their website so we could not check any tracking information for her at the moment; however, as long as the tracking information shows that shipment was picked up, there should be no issue. She started getting really rude, saying the carrier must be a fake company and also asking us why there would be a carrier when this is an order from Walmart. We told her we were going to place her on a brief hold so we could have a manager speak to her, but she hung up the phone. We wrote her an email explaining the situation, and suggest her to call Roadrunner customer service to get more information regarding her tracking. She replied to the email and called again later (and told the Walmart rep that she refused to speak to ANYONE in our company), accusing our representative of hanging up the phone on her, which is a big fat lie. She also insisted that the carrier must be fake because she "never heard of it," and said she would speak to someone in a higher authority. We were going to have our manager speak to her in the first place but now she does not want anyone in our company to speak to her. FIRST OF ALL, most companies are not opened on the weekends, also a truck is not going to stop to update information while in transit. This is the reason why her tracking status has not updated for the past couple of days. Secondly, this woman thinks Walmart will be the one delivering her order and sellers should not be using any carriers. She has no common sense AT ALL regarding ordering stuff online. Last but not least, this woman is extremely entitled and arrogant. Her tone was full of impatience and ignorance. A big logistics company must be fake because she never heard of it??? Also, refused to speak to anyone in our company but demanded us to assist her? How does that work? TLDR: Don't sell anything to Jennifer Correale, especially online. She will accuse you of lying because she could not understand how things work. |

UPDATE: This woman still does not believe the carrier is a real company. She insulted our customer service representative, saying "Get a real job, loser." Jennifer Correale has an extremely disgusting personality.
