Buyer purchased information via Pay Pal through our website. Once the reports were sent and received the buyer then filed a dispute for "items not received". The buyer never contacted us with any issues prior to contacting Pay Pal. Pay Pal has since closed the case and refunded the funds back to us after we provided proof of shipment.
