Buyer claim to be hacked and asked for a return. i agreed but when i got item it was swapped for older hardware.

This asshole thief will buy an item on Friday then immediately dispute the order for non receipt by Tuesday. Within 10 minutes of completing the order, this idiot started messaging wanting to know why the item didn’t ship the second he buys the item at 10pm. We knew the second this asshole bought the item that this would be an attempt at scamming us. Repeated pattern of claiming item not received when tracking shows it has. Claims product faulty and demands money off as compensation. Aggressive when questioned. Avoid.

This buyer is a scammer. They buy from Amazon FBA items then they replace the items in the original box with worthless garbage and seals them professionally again. After that they return it to Amazon and receives a full refund.

That's why anything with high popularity, value, or something that is highly scammed, should have special markings in invisible ink that you only know about, be photographed, and or should have any serial numbers recorded. You should make that perfectly clear that you can tell what you had sent out and put a disclaimer that any scammers would be immediately brought up on charges. You know the second a buyer files a case Amazon is going to screw you the first second they get. They will always favor the buyer for the fact that they can file a dispute and leave these assholes out any potenital of lost revenues because they are extremely paranoid of losing money, yeah a multi billion company, still screws people out of $5 here and there. You should think about opening your own store in conjunction and take the liability off having to deal with Amazon, because you wake up one day and your seller account is gone!

Immediately upon receipt, buyer took picture of used and soiled Reebok gloves along with our business card insert and messaged us, "These gloves are Reebok?? I ordered North Face". Buyer wanted to return the old used item. Buyer is a scumbag crook.
