He got me as well. Wanted cheaper shipping because
he said items couldn't weigh that much. I sent him a picture of the items on a scale. He didn't pay so e-bay suggested that I open a case. He finally paid and I shipped the items. Now he says that they arrived broken with some items missing. Luckily, because of the original issue and because his feedback is private I went to some extremes measures. I took detailed pictures of the box when I packed it and I had a friend with me who is a Notary to witness the packing and shipping. I can't wait until he puts a claim in or leaves me negative feedback

Update on 53rich:
He tried to get his money back through paypal, I fought the case and won. The Paypal CSR said that he has done this several times and couldn't believe that this buyer was still on ebay or paypal. He should be in jail. I'm contacting the local police department and hopefully he will be arrested. To everyone that reads this and has been screwed by this guy, contact paypal again, you may be able to get your money back now that they are aware of this cancer.

I did business with the buyer above and had no problems at all. Why aren't you resolving this on ebay or paypal instead of ruining buyers reputations on here with no evidence whatsoever.This site is lucky they don't get sued for libel, slander, and defamation.

I just like to visit these pages and point out that, like, 99% of the world doesn't understand the first thing about libel, slander or defamation. One - truth is an affirmative defense. Two - opinions aren't defamation. Three - burden of proof is on the "defamed." You wouldn't get through discovery phase with "a guy smack-talked my eBay game on a website."
