Hello- I just saw this report. I am honestly not sure what this report is referring to. We had just moved into a new home and I had bought a ton of stuff during that time period from Amazon, Target, Crate& Barrel, Pottery Barn, etc. I do recall having quality issues with some items that were ordered via Amazon (very few). However, Amazon was always great about helping to resolve the issue. I have in no way ever been dishonest with any of my purchases.
