It actually was a chargeback, and Mr. Cooke lied to his bank. His shipment was delayed in transit due to the Coronavirus situation and instead of contacting us, he lied to his bank about "emailing them several times" so now he has our property and our money and we were slapped with a $30 chargeback fine and a blemish on our record.
This guy's a gangster.

blah blah. the fact he did a chargeback. start reporting him to ripoff report and every other scammers website. Send him a collections letter stating exactly what the letter is for and the damages he caused. Add the chargeback fees ontop of it. You tell him he has 30 days to pay the item, or else your going to contact his local police department and get a police report. Once you get the police report, you say to him your handing it over to his county proscuters office and file petty larcney, bank fraud, breach of contract, and being in possession of stolen merchandise. send his ass to collections and report him on ever single site and make his name and company known. So others he does business with will see how he operates.

Ok first off Cooke is a fucken bullshit artist. The address of the acutal company is totally different than the one he puts on file. Im sure the so calledCEO of that company doesnt live in an apartment complex! As the address shows.
