The buyer bought 2 items from me and I sent the same day.
The shipping in ebay was free, but I paid $15 for the shipping from Israel to USA.
I put the tracking number.
The buyer opened a paypal dispute saying that:
He had the tracking number and tracked it.
He did not take it from the branch even that the tracking showed that it is there.
After 2 weeks the post office decided that it is unclaimed and returned to me.
Before I got it back the buyer insisted to get all his money back.
This is unfair.
