Buyer placed a $67.13 order on fb marketplace on Feb 9th. Order was delivered Feb 14th. Almost a month later, the buyer filed an INR chargeback without ever communicating any issue with me prior. No cooperation with me to file a shipping insurance claim. Despite the fact that I use 3rd party platform prepaid shipping labels, I lost the chargeback and paid $20 chargeback fee. Total cost to business is $87.13 due to friendly fraud chargeback as a matter of convenience.
