DO NOT accept orders from this customer. She is hostile, insane and just delusional.

She purchased candles from us and complained because they were a shade different than what she THOUGHT they were going to be. She wanted us to pay for a return label even though she did not read the description nor terms. Since we wouldn't send a return label, she disputed the charges and kept the candles.

The candles were teal and she wanted them to be aqua? No where did they state they would be aqua. Customer is insane and just delusional. She is also attempting bank fraud by doing this.

Customer is scamming small businesses during a global pandemic. Hopefully she rots in hell.
