Details: | Buyer placed nearly $300 order for hockey jersey on my website, was shipped the same day. The next morning , 24 hours later, buyer calls and says he is surprised that order went through as he claims he never clicked submit. I ask if he got the order confirmation e-mail and he says yes, but he didn't think anything of it (?!). It's obvious to me this was buyer remorse. I ask buyer to send jersey back. Again and again he promises to send it back on a specific day but doesn't. By this time he's filed a credit card chargeback. The jersey arrived back yesterday, finally, and I refunded him in full. But I got the chargeback notice today which I still have to deal with. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS FLAKY, DISHONEST PERSON. |
