Numerous sellers "scammed" by this fraud!

Buys electronics such as boomboxes and vintage radios that are in working condition, tells the seller that the item arrived dead(in horrible English). Then if you don't refund money including shipping in full and telling him to keep the item, he gives you horrible feedback and will return your item and it will be tampered with and destroyed internally.

If he returns your item your feedback will be hit for sure. Sellers that have used security seals note that they have been ruined.
