Abused Ebay Buyer Protection by claiming the Brand New Fossil watch she purchased was defective to circumvent my all sales are final policy and force me to pay for return shipping. Buyer originally asked for a discount and stated that she was purchasing it as a gift for her daughter in a couple of weeks. Two plus weeks after delivery she opens an Ebay claim to stating the watch was defective and would not keep time. Buyer was sent a return shipping label. The watch was perfect and was not defective as the buyer claimed. She was notified that the watch was not defective and offered a partial refund which she declined. Buyer was reported to eBay for misusing their buyer protection and forcing a fraudulent return.
