Hi, I have no idea. I gave him my fake email and never sent him the invoice. I knew something was fishy so I researched all his info prior to giving him anything. If he has your paypal address I would call paypal and make sure to monitor your account. Hope this helps.

First off that country is the #2 fraud country right next to Nigeria. Do not allow anyone to circumvent your policies and procedures. Just because they are the customer, doesnt mean jack shit. Make policies and procedures that protect you and not anyone else. Do not violate, alter or go against your policies regardless of that asshole buyers say, the threats they make, or anything else to threaten your business. Because thats all they are are threats. They deliberately say bullshit like that to do one thing, to scare you into giving in and violating your own policies and procedures. --- you dont know them from a hole in the wall and vice versa. ---- (1) ship only to a confirmed address (2) ship only when the money is physically in your bank account (3) once you get tracking information, place it directly into the PayPal account (4) never give anyone any discounts because buyers that try are only doing that to see how much you'd give in and how close to FREE they can get the product from you (5) never refund anyone until the product is in your possession and make them pay for return shipping.

I got this same email today !! I called paypal & ebay & they are looking into this person.. I did not reply to this person.. I am glad I followed my instinct.. I googled his email & I found all this bad stuff !! I hope ebay will be able to do something so he doesn't scam anyone else..

This same asshole wrote me a similar message through eBay claiming he wants to buy my Christian Louboutin shoes. I was smart enough to know it is a scam and reported them to eBay and PayPal.

This person has also contacted me through a fake email address along with a fake paypal receipt & email, stupid as i was i sent him the parcel already and are hoping to recover it. He has sent me "more than the promised amount" and was asking me send him back extra 300 pounds through western union so "paypal" can complete the transaction. Thank goodness i realised something was weird about this, so i didnt make the extra payment. Since then i have stopped replying to his email trying to resolve the problem knowing that he is lying and he kept sending me emails regarding this "payment". When you get contacted by anyone to send to this address. DO NOT do so.

I have just ALMOST been scammed by this person. They emailed me asking for much I would sell my PS4 bundle for Inc postage to Malaysia and we agreed upon £380.

I received an email this morning from "paypal" saying that I had received a payment on £385!

Yippie I thought!!

I checked the address that the email came from and of course, it wasn't paypal. It was - payment.intl.authentication@gmail.com

It said the payment was "pending" because it was an international payment and I have to send an email to -

international_verification@accountant.com

I knew something was fishy about the whole thing and I searched the address that was given to me. Its slightly different but in the same building.

Fake scam artist.....just be aware of this guy always google search scam artist and never even for a few dollars more ship outside of eBay,

He/she contacted me today via ebay to purchase outside of ebay. Beware as the new Ebay member name he/she is going by is m63006_2 and the Ebay accounts was just set up today (4/5/2016).

I was scammed by this person. I sold him a phone for $550. The funds were never sent but i already mailed the phone. Once in the system a package can't be intercepted that's going overseas. I am currently trying to stop the package from being delivered. I hope it works. I am now also scared that he hacked into my accounts.

This person messaged me today on eBay regarding an item I'm selling under the eBay name Gentlemanboy1309, offering me more for my item and asking for my PayPal email. I replied and told them I couldn't send my email and to pay for the item as a buy it now if interested. So far no reply, decided to google the address he gave me in Malaysia for postage and found this! I'm going to email eBay and PayPal and report. SCAM!

He sent me a message under simon63-8 on ebay. Watch out.

Received the same request to buy one of my items for an inflated price to be shipped to Malaysia. I told him that I did offer international shipping through eBay's Global Shipping and it would actually be $30-$40 cheaper for him. Still he wanted to buy the item. I guess the key here is not to be greedy and be satisfied with what you make on eBay because you are sure to have your money and not be scammed. Sure enough, eBay did send me an email saying no to replay to this guy because the email he is using is compromised.

ALMOST got scammed too. like the comments above, his paypal email is now "rubx@yahoo.com" and his ebay ID is "marcus7-4".

i knew something was fishy when he offered $80 more than what i was asking for on ebay.

after i sent him a paypal request, i received an email from "service@intl.paypal.com" stating that my payment will be on hold until i provide a tracking number to a random email. and of course when i check my paypal account, theres nothing that says that my payment is on hold.

I got scammed by this person, John Simon, out of $890 for my deceased wife's desktop iMac computer. I also had to pay $215 to ship it to Malaysia. I tried several times to get help from eBay/Paypal to resolve this problem; but I received no help from them because they are not responsible. I complained that this service better do something because this "John Simon" is using the Paypal logo to defraud us! I am trying to get out of debt, not add to it. I no longer use their website to try and sell my comic books and other items because of similar scamming going on. I wish I investigated these scams before I proceeded to do business. I try to trust people and believe in their good faith; but this is not the case.

His shipping address also almost matched with this report. His ebay user name was fred62-44 with zero feedback and start his account on same day when message being sent. Ebay did booted him out. Good riddance.
