This is a real troublemaker who should be definitely hosted in the buyer blocking list of any online seller around the world. He had changed his mind for his purchase for unknown reasons; maybe he had bought the wrong item, or he had found similar items at lower price elsewhere, or it was too expensive to fix his machine. From the first moment and without any prior communication, he had left negative feedback in eBay and opened a case claiming that the listing was not accurate by finding a cheap excuse. Even the pictures he had uploaded into the eBay case depicted the very same item we had at the listed pictures. After 15 years in online business, I can say that this guy was the worst customer I have ever had. Those people should be removed from marketplaces, and black-listed by payment processors. Warning sellers: having business with this guy is a real nightmare!
