Details: | Buyer started a return for a internal computer drive claiming the wrong item was sent. They reached out shortly after shipping the return asking for the item to be sent back due to personal data on the drive. We obliged and sent the return package back once they closed the return case with AMZ. When they got their return package back, which was unopened by us, they claimed we sent the wrong item in the return parcel and that we opened it.. So he really claimed we sent the wrong item on the original order and again when we sent the return package back. We submitted a seller claim and received a full credit from AMZ on the original order. |
