Buyer purchased item and did not pay for a few days. I sent an invoice. Buyer responded by asking for pictures and asked me to open the item to make sure the contents were real. I opened the item for him and told him that the contents were real. He asked if the item was opened, I told him that I did open it for him. Buyer asked me to cancel the purchase. I explained that he had purchased the item and was obligated to pay for it. I explained that if he had questions he should have asked them before agreeing to buy the item.

He responded by insulting me and threatening my account. I have included his last message below: "Awwww, your so adorable,, Do you actually have BOTH sides of a brain in your head?! If you did, you'd realize that ultimately, as I make my case for why I cannot be expected to pay for this item to ebay, the consequence of which will result in an investigation on you and consequent violation citation applied to your account for having misrepresented this item. Think! & then, do whatever you want sport!"

So basically, he asked me to open the game, then refused to pay for it, leaving me with a game with reduced value.
