The following report is written honestly and is aimed to protect other auctioneers and vendors against the following bullying individual (s). All evidence of the following report, including associated communications, personal threats, and illegal attempts to sabotage a credible business, has been logged and may be presented as evidence if required.

Mr Alexander Serebryakov first emailed us after participating in one of our auctions on January 21st (followed by another the next day on January 22nd), under his wife Bianca's email address biancahhs@gmail.com, to accuse us (the auction house) of having rigged the bids. We explained to them, after verifying this for them, that we reserved the right to decline auction registrations for a number of reasons, such as a bidder not having any registered card on file or being located in Russia, following the current situation. Understanding this, they then made payment for the items, after we repeatedly chased this up with them. Wanting to confirm if they were happy to proceed, we sent them no fewer than 4 emails, all of which were ignored.

Shortly after receiving their parcels, Mr Serebryakov, left our business a scathing defamatory feedback, with a very disturbing private message reading: "we have the means for a very long fight where you can be assured the full extent of your practices will be publicly exposed." Mr Alexander Serebryakov made a false and biased assumption in his feedback that our auction house was founded on "defrauding" other individuals, which is totally untrue.

A few days later, they proceeded to leave a second detrimental feedback this time stating that they hadn't received their goods, whilst the two tracking links below proves that they have:

What is interesting is that, shortly after receiving their parcels, they changed their registered address on file to that of a UPS shop: 1914 E 9400 S 361 Sandy UT. This would be to presumably fool the platform that we had sent them to another address, or not at all as indicated their second feedback. However, the system proves that their original address on file, to which the parcels were sent, is the following:
