Details: | This customer purchased the incorrect part and was provided with a prepaid return label. When customers purchase from us you agree with all of our terms and policies so there is a return policy provided when purchasing the incorrect item.
The buyer did return but after the fees were deducted they did not contact us and just left seller feedback. Customer clearly states she purchased the wrong part. However, we have tried to contact the buyer multiple times but after leaving a voice message, now a month later the phone is no longer in service and will not respond via email. |
