Sold a 100 dollar bill star note to this buyer. I sent the item first class mail. He lives an hour away from where I live so it was easy for the post office to confirm the envelope was delivered to the address listed. He claimed that he didn't receive the item knowing official tracking wasn't on the envelope not realizing it can still be tracked down and confirmed it was delivered. Basically his scheme is hope for no tracking on an item. Get a refund and double his money. It was my fault for assuming he would be a decent and honest buyer. After a long string of correspondence and confirmation from the post master I realized he is a scammer. I am out 110.00 and he is up 100.00 on his slick scam.
